As things wind down and we say goodbye to the year that was 2021, we’d like to highlight some of our accomplishments this year.
December marked the 25th anniversary of the founding of DP Professionals — a very exciting milestone for the business, and for our founder and CEO, Barbara Blau!
We met the challenges of 2020, and in 2021 we continued working with a flexible, hybrid schedule, where our office staff and recruiters can work from home or the office. Our strategy resulted in a growth in our business, bringing us back to pre-pandemic earnings, and stronger than ever. In late 2020, two of our team members took on new management roles, and in 2021, we were thrilled to promote another team member to Senior Technical Recruiter. That’s success!
In November, we debuted our new website. We went for a minimalistic design, paring the website down and focusing on what’s really important to our audience. Our jobs portal was updated, providing more of the information our job seekers value. The site is sleeker, simpler, elegant, with a techno feel. We introduced a dark mode, as well as the option to toggle to a light mode. The toggle is on the right side of the page. In the mobile view, the toggle is located in the hamburger menu; close the menu to see the switch.
We look forward to the coming year, with a strong and committed team. We are grateful to our clients, who continue to place their trust with us, and we thank our employees for ensuring that their trust is well-placed.
