How we work
Whether you applied to one of our job postings, or we initiated the contact by reaching out to you, the process is the same. We start with the questions. Yes, we ask a lot of questions. We also take a hard look at your resume. We learn together what your goals are. We discover together how you work, and whether Job A or Job B is a better fit. The conversations we have together help uncover the portability of your skillset, the environments you enjoy (and the ones you don’t), the intangibles that contribute to your overall job satisfaction.
It’s a process geared to mutual satisfaction. It’s important to us that the position you apply for and accept is the one that most closely meets your expectations. We want you to be comfortable in the job. And it’s important to us that our client’s business needs are filled with the best possible candidate, one who’s up to the challenges and contributes to the success of the project.
Once we determine together the opening you’re interested in, and looks like a good fit, we begin the application and submittal process. Your resume is reformatted according to standards, and the skills and experience needed for the job are emphasized, making it easier to identify you as a viable candidate. Then we wait for the interview request. During this time, your recruiter will keep you apprised about how things are progressing. Your recruiter will also keep an eye out for other opportunities that you may find interesting, and will share those with you.
When that interview request comes (keeping it positive here), the recruiter will meet with you virtually or face-to-face to discuss what to expect, and to review the expectations that we (you and the recruiter) agreed about when you were presented as a candidate. Your recruiter is with you before the interview, and after. At the time of the offer, your team will expand as you go through the on-boarding process.
It’s all about relationships. We look forward to partnering with you!
