Barbara Blau

CEO

As DP Professionals’ founder and Chief Executive Officer, Barbara Blau brings extensive experience to the South Carolina information technology industry. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, she has served South Carolina’s IT personnel market for over two decades.

Barbara’s business philosophy is as down-to-earth as she is. Doing a great job for her clients, providing a comfortable working environment for her staff, and delivering good services to the community are her primary objectives.

Connecting with visionary people to build a better South Carolina is one of Barbara’s ultimate goals. She has served on multiple business and technology committees, supports the arts, and is active in several philanthropic endeavors in the state.

 

Chris Dickenson

President

Chris Dickenson is a veteran of the IT Services industry, and has been providing services in the Southeast since 1992. He joined DPP in August 2016, and was responsible for leading and developing our sales and recruiting operations in the Southeast. Chris was named President of DPP in July 2017.

Prior to joining DPP, Chris spent the previous 20 years with a local technology integration firm and national IT staffing organizations, providing services to both Commercial and Government clients throughout South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee.

Roger Blau

CFO

As Chief Financial Officer, Roger Blau manages DP Professionals’ accounting department.

Roger received his BS, MS, and PhD in mathematical statistics from Carnegie Mellon University. He has been a South Carolina resident since 1975, and has far-reaching experience in business, information technology, education, and statistics. He has served as an IT consultant and was on the faculty of the University of South Carolina and the University of North Carolina. His vast knowledge of statistics, IT, and business are a tremendous asset to the company. Roger is a past treasurer and past chair of the South Carolina State Museum Foundation, and past Co-Chair of the Tocqueville Society Advisory Committee, United Way of the Midlands.

Courtney Johnson

Director of Operations

Courtney Johnson has been with DP Professionals since 2003 and has held various roles within the company.  She was promoted to the Director of Operations in April 2020.   In this role, Courtney oversees the day-to-day business operations and onboarding compliance for new employees.  She also focuses on ways to streamline and automate processes and procedures to keep DPP efficient and successful as the company grows. Courtney enjoys spending time with her family and loves horseback riding in her spare time.

Jordan Caldwell

Business Development Executive

Jordan Caldwell is our Business Development Executive and has been with DPP for since 2018. After graduating from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management, Jordan joined DPP as a Technical Recruiter. In 2019, he moved into the Business Development role. A few of Jordan’s responsibilities are to establish and generate new business through partner/client acquisitions on a national level in both the public and private sectors; provide full cycle account management for new and existing clients; and maintain a high level of satisfaction with client relations.

Deb Shouse

Business Development Manager

With over a decade of experience in technology and engineering recruiting, Deb Shouse connects companies with top-tier talent that fits both technical requirements and company culture. Deb manages the full client engagement lifecycle—from initial consultation to successful placement—ensuring a smooth process and lasting value. She’s built trusted partnerships with businesses of all sizes, including enterprise clients, and consistently delivers results. Known for transparent communication and integrity, Deb serves as a reliable advisor and resource throughout every stage of the hiring process.

Allison Hallman

Production Manager

Allison Hallman is an accomplished veteran of the staffing industry providing extensive experience in total talent management, strategic workforce planning, and client delivery since 1993. As Production Manager at DP Professionals, she oversees a portfolio of national accounts, optimizing MSP and VMS programs to drive growth, improve service delivery, and strengthen client partnerships.

Throughout her career, Allison has earned recognition for building high-performing teams, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering measurable results. Before joining DP Professionals, she served as a leader within the MSP space, where she managed multimillion-dollar MSP and RPO programs and achieved significant cost savings through strategic program optimization.

Allison holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Coker University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Carolina. She is also a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP).

Dana Blau

Consultant Relations Manager

Dana Blau has been with DP Professionals since 1999. She’s held various roles from recruiting assistant, senior technical recruiter, account manager, and currently is the Consultant Relations Manager. As the Consultant Relations Manager, Dana maintains close relationships with and supports our consultants working at our clients. Dana is also the DP Professionals Corporate Secretary. Outside of work, Dana enjoys spending time with her family, going to sporting events and concerts.   In her spare time, she also is an oil painter.
